How long does it take to get an answer?
Standard package: up to 48 hours. Fast package: up to 12 hours (priority).
Who answers my questions?
Your questions are answered by qualified horary astrologers with expertise in traditional astrological methods.
Is my question private?
Yes. Your questions and personal data are kept strictly confidential. Only your assigned astrologer can see your question.
Can I get a refund?
If your question was not answered within the promised timeframe, please contact us for a refund. Refund requests are handled through Apple/Google's standard refund process.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app's settings. This will permanently remove all your data including questions, answers, and personal information.
